Hello there, I am Naveed, a User Interface Designer from India. I have an experience of about 5 years as a Designer and currently work at Red Hat. Before this, I worked at Infosys for more than two-and-a-half years and also freelanced in design. I am also a HFI-Certified Usability Analyst™ (CUA).

My job always involved creating user interface and user experience concepts for software products. Creating UI prototypes is what I do most of the time at work. I like to hand-code all my HTML and CSS, with a bit of help from the pros. I also work closely with the tech team to help them integrate the design into the functional components. Working with the Java, Flex, .Net, Ruby, Python developers was quite a challenge, coz all I understand is 'if' and 'for' loops.

Besides design, I read op-eds and articles on Indian politics, am a Star Wars fan, a space enthusiast and a comics' aficionado. I support the movement for a greener planet and would love to work for a better society and a better India. When absolutely free, I try my hand at photography and motion graphics too. I am also looking forward to adding a few more languages to my existing list of seven.
